I'm a self taught visual artist/portraitist who specializes in graphite, ink, watercolor and digital mediums.  As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a penciler at Marvel for one of their premier comics.  The popular comic artists of the 90's directly influenced my illustrative drawing style.  

 

     I graduated from Southern University in 2003, transitioned into corporate America and stopped drawing for years.  I recently picked art back up in my spare time and participated in several local art shows in the Houston area.  Recent shows include RAW Houston Showcase, Afro Basel and I'm slated to be the artist of the month at The Breakfast Klub later in 2020.

 

     I'm a husband and father to 2 amazing children.  I'm a professional engineer by day who works to hone my artistic abilities at every opportunity.
